Our Sandlot program is designed to enhance player’s baseball skills and offers seven weeks of fun during summer vacation. Sandlot is held at the Mounds View High School Baseball Field, and the program is flexible - show up on days that you are available to do so. Baseballs, batting tees, and other baseball instructional / training equipment will be provided. Students should bring their baseball glove, bat, and a water bottle. All players will receive a Sandlot t-shirt!

There are two programs offered:

• For younger players (grades 1-5) looking for structured and supervised activity, MVHS coaches and players will lead them through drills and games for a shorter period of time.

• Older players (grades 5-12) are encouraged to enjoy unstructured baseball activity, developing their skills and having fun through pickup games, batting cages, home run derby challenges, playing wiffle ball, etc. for the whole morning.
